This month, Cambodia became the fourth ASEAN country to formally implement the Madrid System for the international registration of trade marks. The new blog post from Your IP Insider explains what will change with the introduction of the new system.
This month Cambodia became the fourth ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) country, after Vietnam, Singapore and the Philippines, to formally implement the System, which allows trade mark owners to file concurrently for comprehensive trade mark protection in all of the System’s member countries.
