Synergies between EU funding for research & innovation and structural funds are essential to develop regional research and innovation capacities, and drive the economic growth in Europe.
The European Commission is organising a workshop to support this smart specialisation (RIS3) and to encourage dialogue and exchange of ideas between the different stakeholders.
The expected audience are participants in the Key Enabling Technologies (KETs) programme in H2020 and national and regional authorities that deal with the RIS3 and/or the implementation of structural funding.
