Progress Report on the implementation of the EU Defence Communication

The European Commission has published a Progress Report that outlines the developments regarding the implementation of the Defence Communication since the Roadmap was adopted last year.
The report is part of a joint contribution from the Commission and the High Representative to the discussion in the Defence Foreign Affairs Council on 18 May and the planned debate on defence issues in the European Council in June 2015.
