Action lines for liberal profession

Recognising the entrepreneurial potential of liberal professions, the European Commission established in 2013 a Working Group of representatives of national and European associations of Liberal Professions from the EU Member States with a view to identify potential recommendations in terms of policies to be developed at European level.
The present text was finalised on December 2015. Issues addressed included entrepreneurship education, access to markets, reduction of administrative burden, access to finance as well as a general strengthening of the participation of liberal professionals in European programmes and projects.
