Workshop: Energy efficiency policies, financing and energy service companies (ESCOs)

Energy efficiency is a key priority to reduce energy consumption. In many countries there is an increased need of technical assistance for developing the right energy efficiency strategic planning and policy implementation.

This Joint Research Centre (JRC) workshop is organised to discuss and to exchange experience and know-how among policy makers, experts, energy service companies and financial institutions in the new Member states (Croatia), candidate countries, potential candidate countries, Horizon 2020 associated countries, and European Neighbourhood Policy countries on the topic of development of polices, strategies and financial mechanisms for improvement of the energy efficiency in buildings and other key sector for energy consumption.
